Prior to joining Rogers, Ignacio Paz held leadership positions at SAP where he was responsible for businesses development, services delivery and innovation. Mr. Paz also held titles at IBM, Capgemini and British American Tobacco in a management consulting and IT capacity.

Dean is Counsel in Baker & McKenzie’s Toronto office. Previously, he was in-house counsel at Walmart Canada Corporation where he held the position of Vice-President, Associate General Counsel, and Privacy Officer, and was the senior lawyer responsible for data privacy, litigation, and employment and labour law matters. Dean has served on the Executive Committee of the Ontario Bar Association’s Privacy Law Section, the Advisory Board of the Conference Board of Canada’s Chief Privacy Officers’ Council, the Executive of the Retail Council of Canada’s Privacy Committee, and the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers. He is an author, and frequent speaker on privacy, labour and employment, and litigation matters. Dean’s practice focuses on privacy and information governance, and he provides strategic advice on the management and retention of information globally.
