    CEO, Bowhead Health

    Rhea Mehta, PhD, is a Molecular Toxicologist, integrative health coach and CEO of Bowhead Health, a healthcare and blockchain technology startup on a mission to make personalized wellness solutions more accessible and health data more secure. Rhea is also the Founder of Global Smoothie Day, a movement to inspire health ownership and advocacy, and the co-founder of Camp Reset, an adult summer camp and digital detox exploring the intersection of play and wellness.

    Founder, BridgeDXi Americas

    Geoff is currently developing BridgeDXi Americas, a think-tank creating frameworks and cooperative ventures to fully harness the power of digital technologies to transform traditional business models, City services, and how Citizens participate in the global economy. Geoff draws on a broad base of international leadership experience that includes: cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions, Human Capital Development, and Technology-enabled Innovation, in large private sector organizations in Canada, the US, and emerging markets.


    Ignacio Paz
    Former General Manager, IofT, Rogers Communications Inc.

    Ignacio Paz is the former General Manager, Internet of Things (IoT) at Rogers Communications, where he was responsible for developing and executing the company’s IoT strategy, product management and development, thought-leadership, strategic partnerships, customer experience, and overall go-to-market execution for all IoT products and solutions. Prior to joining Rogers, Ignacio Paz held leadership positions at SAP where he was responsible for businesses development, services delivery and innovation. Mr. Paz also held titles at IBM, Capgemini and British American Tobacco in a management consulting and IT capacity.


    Juan Aja
    COO & Co-Founder, BlockUnity

    Juan is the COO & Co-Founder of BlockUnity, a blockchain development & innovation startup, and team member of Shyft. He has over six years of professional experience in the fields of constitutional litigation, corporate and securities law, business innovation and, as of May 2014, blockchain technology. Juan obtained his law degree in 2009 from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City, and, in 2016, obtained his International Masters of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business.


    Dean Dolan
    Of Counsel, Baker & McKenzie

    Dean is Counsel in Baker & McKenzie’s Toronto office. Previously, he was in-house counsel at Walmart Canada Corporation where he held the position of Vice-President, Associate General Counsel, and Privacy Officer, and was the senior lawyer responsible for data privacy, litigation, and employment and labour law matters. Dean has served on the Executive Committee of the Ontario Bar Association’s Privacy Law Section, the Advisory Board of the Conference Board of Canada’s Chief Privacy Officers’ Council, the Executive of the Retail Council of Canada’s Privacy Committee, and the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers. He is an author, and frequent speaker on privacy, labour and employment, and litigation matters. Dean’s practice focuses on privacy and information governance, and he provides strategic advice on the management and retention of information globally.

    Co-Founder, CTO Boost

    Gurminder is Co-founder of CTOBoost.com, Gurminder has propelled numerous companies into profitability. As the past CTO of Diply, Audiobooks.com, FanXchange and Viafoura, he defines and achieve strategic goals, aligns technology with business objectives, enables new business models and introduces innovative technology programs to the market – Blockchain. His efforts have stimulated business growth, increased competitive advantage and improved return on technology investments for both his clients and the companies he advises.


    Paritosh Gambhir
    Partner, Audit Financial Services, KPMG

    Paritosh is an Audit Partner in KPMG’s Financial Services Practice, specializing in asset management and banking. He has over 15 years of professional experience servicing financial institutions. Paritosh joined KPMG in Canada in 2004, he was previously with KPMG in Zambia where he worked for over five years. He has experience in servicing large financial institutions in Canada, helping clients meet the challenges of an ever-changing environment. These financial institutions include asset management firms, investment funds including alternative investments, exchange traded funds and private equity. He has also been involved with the audit of banks in Canada and Zambia.
